3. Personal data may be processed for the following purposes, depending on the consent granted:
- In the case of acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Services provided by the Administrator: in order to provide the Services referred to in these Terms and Conditions, based on Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
- In the case of granting voluntary consents concerning the implementation of direct marketing: In order to send by means of electronic communication (e-mail, sms, mms messages) using telecommunications terminal equipment (e.g. telephone, tablet, computer) and automatic calling systems, marketing content, including commercial information. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the data subject – Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. The processing of personal data is also authorized by Article 18 (1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2013, item 1422),
- In the case of a general inquiry or an offer via the contact form: In order to answer the question, to provide information content, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the realization of the Administrator’s legitimate interest in the form of providing any information about its activities and about the products and services it offers, at the request of interested persons.
4. Personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients: hosting companies and other entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, Administrator’s employees and persons authorized by the Administrator.
5. The Administrator does not intend to transfer data to a third country or an international organization if this is not necessary (e.g. the contacts provided will be from third countries).

In case of provision of the ordered service: for the entire period of service provision,
In case of voluntarily given consent for direct marketing purposes: until withdrawal of consent .
7. You have the right to:
demand access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to the processing (in the case indicated in point 3 c) – as well as the right to data portability,
withdraw granted consent (in the case indicated in point 3(b)), which will not affect the legality of the processing performed before its withdrawal,
make a complaint to a supervisory authority.
8. Provision of data is voluntary and is not a statutory or contractual requirement, yet:
Failure to provide such information will prevent the Administrator from providing the Services – in the case indicated in pt. 3 a)
failure to provide them will prevent the Administrator from carrying out direct marketing,
not providing them will prevent the Administrator from answering the question.
9. Your data will not be used for the purpose of automated decision-making, including profiling, referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR.
