Address and spatial data – the complete database of apartments in Poland

AlgoMaps provides probably the largest address database of all apartments and single-family buildings in Poland. In addition to the full standardized address, the database contains geographic coordinates – which makes it successfully analyzable using Location Intelligence technology.

The database of apartments in Poland is enriched with data about the number of inhabitants, which together with information on buildings, about which you can learn more here (link to the description of the buildings database) can be used to build filters according to various parameters.

Examples of possible filters to be used:

• Dwellings with more than 3 inhabitants located in cities with more than 100,000 inhabitants,
• Apartments in buildings with up to 4 units,
• Dwellings located in cities with more than 50,000 inhabitants, in buildings that do not have a pharmacy (or other POI) within a 2 km radius,
• Apartments located in buildings within 1km of the company’s sales network.

Appropriately filtered data on residential addresses can be used to conduct marketing campaigns or to decide on the optimal location for a new facility.

The data shared within AlgoMaps does not contain personal data (data that allows you to identify a specific person), so by using it you don’t have to worry about GDPR!
